Ethan was awesome at the front desk, explained everything thoroughly before we gave him our keys. The issue with our Generator that wouldn't run more than 10 minutes before quiting was repaired within 6 hrs. We were able to stay the night with a 100% repaired generator & be on our way the next morning.
