This professional group not only fixed my car to look better than when it arrived, but treated me well. They were a wonderful help with insurance. Cannot say enough great things about this organization. Thank you Chris & your staff.

Excellent service, workmanship and communication from Central Florida Paint & Body. This business took on an extremely difficult, challenging project when others refused, repair & restoration of structural damage on the bumper system of a Tesla, and did the job to perfection with consistent updates throughout the process and kept pricing reasonable & fair. Can't type enough good things.

They were trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. I chose them from several offers I had in the area. When I brought the car in for an estimate, they were friendly, caring, and attentive. I received the estimate, I went with them. It was reasonable. Chris and Stephanie were awesome. I was impressed. I would definitely go back and use them again if I needed to get my car fixed or painted. They did an awesome job. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

I would completely recommend Central Florida Paint & Body to anyone needing body repair for their vehicle. My truck was rear ended by another truck, appearing to have caused only minor damage. Took it to Central Florida Paint and Body. They disassembled it and discovered some unseen damage. Once they got the parts, replaced them and was able to complete it two days prior to the estimated finish date 😊. Also did I mention they cleaned the truck inside and out as part of the job. Mostly dealt with Stephanie through the process, but was also helped by the other front desk person (sorry I didn’t catch your name) both of them were very helpful, informative, and willing to take the time to answer all our questions. All though I hope to never have to use them again, I definitely would go back if needed.

I had an outstanding experience with Central Florida Paint & Body during a very difficult situation.
On August 22, 2025, my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado K1500 RST was struck on the front passenger side by an underinsured driver who failed to yield and was cited under Florida Statute 316.123(2)(a). The truck was disabled and towed from the scene.
Throughout that process, Nader and his team were consistently professional and supportive. They participated in calls, answered questions from third parties, and remained patient during what became a complex claim process.
If you’re deciding where to take your vehicle after an accident, do your research. Central Florida Paint & Body focuses on quality, safety, and doing things the right way. I would confidently recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle handled with professionalism and care.
Thanks Nader!
Frequently Asked Questions About Central Florida Paint & Body
How long will my vehicle’s repair take?
Generally, repair time is calculated at the time of the estimate, based on the labor hours required to complete your vehicle’s repair. The estimated repair time will begin once we have received approval from the proper party and received all the parts necessary for your repair. Keep in mind there are other factors that may delay completion of the repairs, such as back ordered parts and dealer diagnostics. We understand the importance of having your vehicle back as quickly as possible, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the repair process.
Why do I need an estimate from the insurance company?
For accidents where a claim has been filed, the insurance company will typically want to have the damage assessed with one of their appraisers first. They will then send over their estimate to the shop. At that point, we will evaluate the vehicle and if additional damages are found, the insurance company will be contacted, and all repairs will stop until the insurance company has approved the additional damages in writing.
What if additional damages are found during the repair that weren’t on the original estimate?
Central Florida paint and body will contact the vehicle owner and insurance company when additional damages are found. We will not proceed with the additional repairs until all damages are reviewed and approved by the proper party.
Who determines the value of the vehicle?
For accidents where a claim has been filed, the insurance company will determine the vehicle’s value based on their own guidelines. Contact the insurance company for further information.
How do I obtain a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired?
Central Florida Paint and Body now has onsite car rentals provided by Aarow Car Rental. This allows our customers the ease and convenience of picking up and dropping off their rental vehicle with their collision repair. We are also serviced by Enterprise Car rental. Although they are not onsite, Enterprise will pick you up at our location and take you to their office for rental pick up. Once your personal vehicle is ready for pickup, Enterprise will allow you to leave your rental car at our repair facilities. To find out more about rental car reimbursement on your insurance policy, please contact your insurance company.
Will my vehicle be totaled if the frame is damaged?
A vehicle is considered a total loss only when the price of the repair exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of your car. Nowadays, most cars are built with a unibody construction. This simply means that the vehicle and frame are one structure. This type of construction allows repair facilities to either replace or repair portions of a vehicles structure. At Central Florida Paint & Body, we invest in only the best equipment and newest technology. By utilizing one of our specialty frame bench and measuring systems, we can ensure that the vehicle’s structure is brought back to factory specifications.
