Finally when she does acknowledge me it’s with the most rudest attitude the way she spoke to a customer is out of the ordinary and then tells me I can go to another store. If you have people in your presence why not take care of them then go back to your orders for an online order. Joanna was very unprofessional and very disrespectful and rude to your customers

- VTVickie TurnerSep 5, 20251.0Needed brake pads, went to this location to get them, the person that helped me looked up my phone number and said that the last pads I bought were Dura Last which came with a warranty, so I purchased another pair, the woman who helped me told me to bring the old pads back and that I would get my money back Went in today to take the old pads back. This person claiming to be the manager immediately looked at the pads I brought back and said no you will not be getting a refund as their was no meat on them as she called it, stating that they had to have some brake pad left. Well that was not what the lady that told me said. Now this upset me so I was like that was not what was told me and I feel a store should honor what a customer is told. I came home and looked up the warranty of Dura Last. No where on the warranty does it say there has to be some meat on the pads that are returned. This is bad business!! I also had my receipt. Have posted also the warranty info I looked up.. Be careful what you buy with autozone if there is a warranty look it up before you buy.
