On today's visit, they did not have the battery clamp that I needed. But they did tell me that the one right up the road had it in stock. I usually avoid that one due to rude customer service but I decided to give them another shot due to the severity of the corrosion buildup on my current one. Against my better wishes, I went to the other one, found it there. It was treated very rudely and the gentleman who serviced me would not put it on for me. I've returned back to this one only to be greeted by Luis at the front door who asked immediately new what I had experienced grabbed his cart came outside and in less than five minutes changed my battery clamp, even though it was purchased at another location. This location is my favorite one. The customer service here that is offered by Luis and Chris are wonderful.
