    Funny that I had to come into my second Google account to leave an alternate review for ONE separate employee because I don’t want my review of Wesley’s service to get clouded by this one individual. Big guy with glasses and black hair, his name is Christopher. Barely read his name tag but it said he was a parts manager or something of that nature. I come into this specific shop all the time and get all sorts of odd jobs done on my car. Not to mention I tip every time. Literally every time no matter how short of a job it might be. If I ask them to come outside and get their hands dirty with the car, they get tipped. I know it’s in the job description for them to help install certain things, and I also know there’s limits to what they can install. What I’m about to describe was not something that falls within those limits. Tonight, for some odd reason, I’m met with this coarse & smug attitude from this unwelcoming man the second I entered the door. I walk in with an opened Sylvana License Plate Bulb pack that I had purchased from THIS very store and gotten installed by an employee, just 2-3 weeks prior. It’s a license plate light bulb change, one side only. I already had cash in my pocket and was ready to tip. I knew it would be brief (the other worker took less than 3 minutes to put it on). So anyways, I walk in with the opened pack, approach the counter & greet this man (Christopher), then I ask him if he can put this license plate light bulb on. First he goes, “what do you got here” And I said, “I just want to get this license plate bulb put on,” Then he begins questioning me as to where I got the bulb from, and I’m like, “I got it from here.” He then asks me with the snootiest tone why I didn’t get the other bulb changed when I got the first one done, and I told him it’s because at that time only one bulb was out. It seemed to me that he was trying to decline servicing it because the pack had been opened. But that’s a load of BS. I bought the product from here. I could already tell at that point with his questions that he was looking for any reason to get out of doing this or helping in any way. He practically lit up with joy with this weird smirk on his face like he was excited to make jokes about this to his coworker, and was immediately like “Shawn….go outside and just…take a look at this…..decide… if it’s something that you want to do. If it’s something that’ll take too long, don’t do it.” Then he has the nerve to look at me and try to tell me that “we don’t normally do license plate light bulbs here.” (This same shop did my license plate light bulb on the right side, as I mentioned, just less than a month before.) Chris my man, you’re full of it! I had to hold my tongue with so much patience talking to you in there, because you really tested me with that smartass attitude of yours. You should be a back of house worker, for sure, with the way you treat people like that. Never forget that you’re in the SERVICE INDUSTRY. Correct yourself and your whole entire approach to this job, because nobody wants to come face to face with a rude slacker the first thing when they enter a shop. You really had the audacity to lie to my face about what you do & don’t offer at the store, all because you didn’t want to be inconvenienced to get off of your lazy behind and work. Grow up man It honestly amazes me how disrespectful that entire encounter was. I’ve never encountered somebody as ill-mannered as Chris at this shop before. One bad apple won’t ruin the bunch though, your coworker Wesley is the reason I’m a regular, and Shawn too. Thanks AutoZone

    Wesley is truly one of the best employees working there, I wish everybody I encountered in customer service was as courteous, accommodating, and as helpful as him. He’s always so kind and does everything he can to help install parts no matter how time consuming it may be. He even stayed after closing to help me install a headlight bulb. I really appreciate your outstanding service and a lot of people could learn from you. Thank you!

    I went into the store during store hours and asked for battery service testing. As needed for a faulty battery check and was turned away. No one there to test for battery. But stated on the window, the specific service offered. 1 star
