- ESEboni Starr1 day ago1.0Associate B.A. at store number 4960 had the worst attitude, demeanor and customer service I have ever encountered at an Auto Zone. He argued with me about the name in the account, however, he had 8 numbers in the phone number field… He refused to exchange my battery which was under warranty, he kept walking back and forth into the store as if he was u prepared. He called me into the store to do “paperwork” which was for him to only give me a receipt. He kept yelling at another associate “Wesley” for a password and was rude during the duration of my visit. He did switch out the battery but told me he “technically” didn’t have to even though it was under warranty. It took him so long to change the battery because he was u prepared and kept going back into the store for various tools! This behavior should not be allowed or accepted!

He’s always so kind and does everything he can to help install parts no matter how time consuming it may be. He even stayed after closing to help me install a headlight bulb.
