If I could give 1,000,000 stars, I would!!!
We just had the absolute BEST experience at AutoZone, and it was 100% because of Ruben Rangel.
From the moment we walked in, Ruben went above and beyond in every possible way. He easily could have brushed us off, said he didn’t know, or told us he couldn’t help, and honestly, many people would have. But Ruben didn’t take the easy route. Instead, he took the one to help!! He helped us with our original request (which was A LOT TO ASK - we were helping with my sisters car and had no idea anything about it) and THEN went even further, making sure we truly understood everything and that the problem was fully handled. WHICH HE HELPED AND ASSISTED!!! WHO DOES THAT!?!!
This wasn’t just “good customer service.”
This was EXCEPTIONAL, RARE, GOD-SENT SERVICE!!!!
Ruben was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us, not because he had to, but because he clearly cares!!
You can tell immediately that he takes pride in his work and in helping people, and that kind of employee is incredibly hard to find these days. 💯
Because of RUBEN, this experience completely changed how we view AutoZone. Employees like him are the reason customers come back, and the reason businesses thrive. He is the definition of someone who does his job with heart.
AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have Ruben Rangel. He deserves recognition, appreciation, and honestly a raise. 🙌

The worst autozone I’ve ever been to this one worker was extremely rude and looked new I’ve never decided to write a review because I always forgave and gave people the benefit but this worker was so disrespectful towards me I thought he was joking because I couldn’t believe it he didn’t wear a name tag so I can’t say who he is but he was a younger man who was extremely disrespectful I asked about the loner tools and he said we had to buy them and i understand and said it was all right then and then he decided to say “Yeah it is all right” “Don’t look at me” and told me to leave I’ve spent 300$ that morning in that store and all I asked for was tools and they didn’t allow me to use them and said I had to buy them and I was fine with it but there was no need to be rude like that to a customer who spent his money at there store I was changing my differential oil and I bought the oil but forgot the silicone needs to sit 24 hours so I went back to return the stuff because I didn’t have that time on my hands and i purposely went to another associate trying to avoid any issues and just return the oil and once again he starts an issue and says I will take care of you and and I agreed with it thinking he wanted to fix his attitude and help then while we’re looking At each other he starts saying “why haven’t you blinked ?”Are you serious ? I worked a 12 hour shift and came to fix my car and this kid is being disrespectful then while I had my items on the counter because I had forgot my receipt he says I won’t do the return and pushes the items back at me in my arm till I had to ask to talk to the manager because I had the phone number for the resturn and I bought it 20 minutes prior and he knows that I genuinely have never been so disappointed the staff did nothing about it as they watched him disrespect customers the only one that was nice was this one girl worker. Genuinely if I could give lower then a one star I would that kid needs to be fired and the manager because he saw how rude he was and just tapped him on the back and said take it easy what a complete joke. This happened on Friday the 19th of December the manager wore glasses and had a slick back and the kid wore no name take and had short hair

Every battery that I brought to them to test they say it's bad but after putting the batteries on a charger and retest the batteries were good. Saved myself over 200 bucks by not believing them.

He was super kind, helpful and quick to change my car's battery. You have a great employee. Surely coming back there I would like to be received by him. And I went to talk about it with my uncle who always buys there and my uncle also said he knows who he is, because he also likes to be served by him. Congratulations on the employee!

I cannot thank this AutoZone enough for what they did for us. My bf and I were visiting Orlando to go to Universal Studios, and the morning we tried to drive to the park, my car wouldn’t start. We started panicking because my car never has issues, and we had no idea what was wrong. We called multiple auto shops and dealership service centers, and every single one told us they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to look at the car until the following week…. which was impossible since we were only in town for two days and needed to drive back home.
Miraculously, the car finally started, and we were able to get back to our hotel. After spending the day at the park, we crossed our fingers that it would start again that evening, and thankfully it did. We went straight to this AutoZone (hoping it was just a battery issue and nothing major) and they helped us immediately.
They ran a battery test right away and told us it was completely dead and needed to be replaced. I bought the new battery, and they installed it for free, all within 20 minutes. I was extremely stressed and even crying at one point because I genuinely wasn’t sure if we’d be able to make it home in the next coming days. The manager who helped us (I wish I remembered her name) was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She was HER.
I will never forget how they saved us that day. Thank you so much to this AutoZone team!
