  This store is fantastic!! Amariliz Amador was such an amazing help and also helped give me some knowledge to help me maintain my vehicle. She was so kind and professional. I will be going to this location for every need. The whole group seemed great. What a great atmosphere and knowledgeable people. I would give them 7 stars if I could.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. When I walked in, there were three employees, two were talking and didn’t acknowledge me. When I finally asked for help, I explained that I was having an issue with my car’s A/C and wanted to see if they could do a free diagnostic test. Before I could even finish, the employee interrupted me and said, “We don’t do that here, go to the shop behind.” I know AutoZone sells A/C recharge kits and usually offers help with basic diagnostics, but this person didn’t even take a moment to explain or offer any suggestion. He was very rude and dismissive, simply telling me to go to a mechanic that isn’t even part of AutoZone.

  Kepher was awesome!!! Very helpful and polite. The other store associate, which I didn’t get her name, she was very unpleasant and NOT SO HELPFUL!😤 Not sure why she even works there. But anyways, thank you Kepher for your help and professionalism.

  I’m not the type of person to even leave a review but considering I’m a business owner I rely heavily on great reviews to attract new potential customers I must say this has to be the be the worst autozone I ever encountered!!! I been shopping at autozone for a very long time I’m literally there so much I feel like I pay the rent. 85% of the staff are rude, obnoxious and give off bad energy. What is worst is that they are all managers with grey shirts working this store and they have this mentality of “Since we have what you need you, have to tolerate our emotionally unstable personalities”. We don’t!! I’m ex military, retired nyc paramedic & firefighter and I have NEVER treated someone rudely cause I was having a bad day or because I’m tired !! I kept that to myself!! This autozone has to do better I’m not gonna single anyone out but learn how to keep your emotions bottled in and act professional we all are going through things

  I’ve been coming to this auto zone including my family for years now coming for parts and any car need my mom was in an urgent situation so they had me stop at auto zone. I forgot what year her car was so when Miss leli asked I told her I forgot but I don’t want to get the wrong transmission oil for her car I said we have an account with them can she cheak with the number. I’m a respectful person I treat others how I want to be treated. Obviously she doesn’t understand what that means her energy from the start of talking to her was already off. I kept my composure she tells me in an Aggravated tone she’s doing me a favor they only access are accounts for parts. I said ok she kept on trying to explain to me I told her I never known that the way she was responding to me with her Aggravated tone I just told her next time I know I told her. I didn’t think it would have been a big deal the way she was responding. And even if it was is it hard to be kind. to me u would of thought I did something to her. me haveing concern for my moms car is was more important. I work in customer service and I have never treated someone that way especially if u don’t know what their going through. Ive learned to never match bad energy so I rather leave a comment because she could of easily said everything nicely and not been a mean girl. I kept my composure and shaked my head the whole time. I never had that type of bad service at any auto zone she literally made me feel bad for needing help at a place me and my family been shopping for years I’m so disappointed. Kindness and respect goes a long way. Leli women to women I could of never done that to u it’s how u spoke to me not u informing me my mom is my heart I just wanted to make sure her daughter came to her rescue like u would do for your mom I sat in the parking lot to write this I was so disappointed and in shock 😔 if only she knew I’m battling depression at this time I live for kindness in such a hateful world.
