  INCREDIBLE MIRACLE. I drove past this Autozone at 11:17 pm last night as I needed two new headlights for my Lexus. Amazingly it was open. What auto parts store is open until 12 midnight? The very incredible hero working there helped install the headlights at 11:30 pm at night. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! GOD BLESS!!!

  I purchased four Duralast brake calipers from AutoZone (three from this store and one from another). The calipers were sold as complete assemblies with included hardware. After installation, a professional service center documented that the supplied banjo bolts were incorrect and caused brake fluid leaks at all four calipers. The master cylinder was found empty due to leakage. This required professional repair. I returned to the store with documentation and requested a warranty resolution for defective supplied hardware. I was not requesting labor reimbursement — only refund consideration for the defective parts. The store manager dismissed the issue and told me to “call corporate,” while smiling during the interaction. The situation involved brake safety, and the lack of concern or professionalism was disappointing. Corporate then redirected me back to the store, stating that the store manager is responsible for processing refund claims. The product issue was frustrating, but the way the situation was handled at the store level was worse. When a customer presents documented safety concerns, the response should not be dismissive. I would strongly recommend carefully inspecting any hardware included with Duralast brake components before installation.

  I bought a battery at store 4860 in Coral Springs Fl , I needed a new battery here in orlando and after being messed up at Coral Springs ivis took care of me here in orlando and fixed everything and installed my new battery , she is amazing . The store was packed , busy and everything was going on at the time I came in and she was able to give me the best possible attention and help . I could not be more thankful and grateful for her. She honestly made my experience at auto zone the best. She’s a hard working women. I strongly believe she’s a team player.

  It’s funny that there’s more than one commercial customer leaving negative reviews here. I sent my girl in to warranty something and LIA VELEZ was as rude as she could get with my girl while I’m on the phone with her trying the clear up the situation, even went as far as telling her to shut up. Ridiculously unprofessional and rude; all that so at the end she would have to warranty it out anyways because she was WRONG. And to add fuel to the fire the manager on duty was useless too, just stands by watching it happen. This store strongly needs some commercial personnel changes. I advise all commercial accounts to avoid this store for business it’s just not worth the headache, rudeness and incompetence. Never sending one of my people there again. If you need a late store or a store with good stock use the hub on Holden and OBT they’re much better and pleasant.

  This is the first time that because I’m a female going into a commercial side, they make me prove my authority beyond just giving them the shop account. Went into commercial side and was meet with Lia Velez. Unfortunately she lacks basic emotional regulation skills. I was required to prove I was authorized on a ship account(never happens not even at the HUB on oak ridge) when I called the mechanic and he spoke to her, she blankly refused to give me service and shifted my issue to another manager, which is hard to understand because she has a manager shirt… when I started speaking about her terrible service to the mechanics on the phone she told me to not be disrespect and shut up-SHE YELLED IT AT ME.. when she couldn’t get a response out of me she blatantly just started getting loud and angry. I’m grateful to say I don’t calm this my home store!
