She completely messed up our return as she kept texting and when we told her we were waiting for her then she continues to hit the wrong button and forced it as cash, which we did not want. You would think that a manager of a store would try to help out their customers. Ended up going to an Advance Auto and the guy not only let us take the part outside to make sure it fits before we buy it but was just an overall better experience than the horrible service and unprofessionalism we recieved here. Save your time and go to an Advance or anywhere else they will definitely be any help than whay they call "customer service" here.
