He refused to assist, claiming that the system would not allow it because the product appeared as already returned, even though it was a recent purchase. Shortly after, a woman who appeared to be the manager stepped in and resolved the issue without any problem. This clearly shows that there was a solution available, but Juan lacked the willingness to help
