  The assistant manager was a young man whi was very professional and friendly assisted us with our vehicle needs. He also gave helpful tips also when he changed our battery. He just got done helpin another customer and there were 2 assisted managers in the store. The other older gentleman didn't want too do the harder wore so he had the young man do it. I am glad he did. He should be promoted.

  I had an awful experience with the store manager. I believe her name is Alexandria. She needs to work on her customer service etiquette. Talk about unprofessional and rude!

  To be heard is to be loved. Joseph is a decade younger than me but checked my car after answering all the questions I had. He gave me the peace and clarity I needed when looking into new parts for my car. The fatherly compassion that he showed me is exactly what this country needs more of.
