- KCKisa CarterSep 21, 20251.0Rented a car in Orlando , Florida. The interior as well as the exterior was filthy. The cloth seats were stained, and the floors and trunk had sand and dirt. The exterior had bug spots, water spots on the windows and side mirrors that were difficult to remove. Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to obtain a different vehicle. Upon dropping off the car the manager at the Jacksonville airport indicated all cars are always cleaned after each use and they are unable to clean cloth seats.
