  Booked a car to take our family to the beach for the day - first time for our granddaughter at the ocean. Imagine our extreme disappointment and frustration when they notified us at 8 am that they overbooked and did not have a car for us. What the heck!?! And then it becomes OUR problem! And they did not offer any recompense or help to resolve this. DON'T book through them!!

  Had a car reservation for 12pm. It's now 12:45pm and no one at the little front desk. The people in the lobby tried to help but nobody knew where he was. Unacceptable, never rent a car here! Edit: The guy came after 70mins. He was getting us a car, because this place had none. Then, his internet didn't work and the process took almost another 30mins. The guy is nice, it's not his fault this place sucks. Dropp off a car here, but don't rent.

  Excellent service here visiting from the UK on holiday. Gentleman by the name of Norm was fantastic , friendly ,informative and even gave us some tips on good place to eat. Pick up and drop off were no issues at all and in a convenient location, just head into hotel lobby and on your left hand side. Thank you for supporting in our rental which helped us get around on our holiday. Would recommend and use again.

  My pick-up time was a 12. I came here at 11:55 it's 12:40 now, and no one is her in the front disk it's been one hour now, and no one comes in, not recommended at all
