  The availability of Full Size rental cars was limited, so we had to wait a bit for one to be cleaned and brought to the rental car area. We took the first car available - a Kia K5. While the interior room wasn't quite our definition of "full sized", it was fine for our purposes. Trunk space was good for 2 carry-on bags and 2 backpacks. The car had outstanding fuel economy, and it handled well. Two points of disappointment: 1) As is true with many rental cars, the interior windows are rarely washed, and it can be hard to see thru - you almost have to bring your own towel so you can clean the inside of the front windshield. 2) The windshield wash fluid motor was shot, so you couldn't wash the windows while the car was moving - you had to fill a bottle of water and drain it on the windshield - a pain in the tush. A very smooth process of checking in online and walking to the rental car pick-up area - very easy to exit the facility quickly and get on the road.

  I only use Alamo for my rental vehicle needs. They've been great everytime and the vehicles are always top notch. This past time February, 2026 we rented a Jeep. Whoever had it before us didn't put the roof back on properly. I let them know when I got back and the handled it beautifully and took care of us for having to listen to air escaping for the week. Wasn't a big deal to us, but they did there best to rectify it without our request. Qhoy, the gentleman at rental returns was so sweet and very professional. Very good person and employee. We had left over waters and Gatorades drom iur week and we gave them to him and the other employees. They were so thankful, it was like Christmas. Not a bad thing to say and we will always keep coming back. Thank you.

  was a little stressed about renting a car for my trip, but Alamo made the entire process completely painless. From the moment I walked off the shuttle bus, I was impressed. The best part by far is the kiosk check-in. I skipped the long counter lines entirely, printed my contract in about 30 seconds, and walked straight out to the lot to pick my car. Speaking of which—I love the choose any car in your class policy. It’s so nice to actually see the vehicles and pick the one with the features you want (I grabbed one with Apple CarPlay and low miles) rather than just being assigned whatever is leftover. The car was clean, smelled fresh, and ran perfectly. When I returned it, the agent did a quick walk-around and had me on my way to the airport terminal in under two minutes. No hidden fees, no upsell pressure, just efficient service.

  Alamo at Orlando Airport are almost unique in having a good supply of Premium 8 seat long and short wheelbase SUVs. Though some may prefer the 7 seat versions with 2 bucket seats on 2 nd row offered by most other rental companies --when it comes to needing a Chevy Suburban I need 8 seats not 7 so Alamo score high. Had a choice of 4 8 seaters on arrival. Prepaid booking minimal wait time to collect on arrival . Chose a 2025 Black Suburban 4WD with circa 30k miles on clock. In excellent clean condition and drove perfect over 3 weeks rental. End of rental check-in fast. Very polite positive staff through out. Rental from Terminal C. Rental In Jan/Feb 2026.

  MUST READ!! JUST PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR GAS LEVELS!! Rented here many times, great cars and hassle free except on the return. I picked up the car on full and returned it on full but they charged me for about 2 gallons. I picked the car up with 349 miles to empty and returned it with 385 miles to empty. Not the first time this happened either, 4th time so i started taking pictures on pickup and returned. Each time I called them on it, they refunded the unnecessary/fraudulent charge. Other than this shady gas scam, the rental pickup and drop off has been hassle free. Other people have complained about this in the Google reviews.
