  Every interaction we had — from the initial pick-up, to speaking with customer service about our sudden change of plans, to dropping off the vehicle — was excellent. While we were in Florida, my son became sick and his doctor recommended that he not fly home due to the risk of his eardrum rupturing mid-flight. We quickly had to pivot and drive home instead. During an already stressful situation, Alamo could have made things much more difficult by refusing changes or limiting flexibility. Instead, your team went above and beyond to accommodate us and made the process seamless. It became one less thing we had to worry about during a very overwhelming time. That is saying a lot, especially because we had just come off a cruise with Royal Caribbean International where I didn’t think service could get any better. Yet Alamo truly impressed us. We had also spent a week at The Walt Disney Company properties and were honestly disappointed by the customer service there. In contrast, with Alamo we never once felt like we were just another transaction. Your team demonstrated genuine care and understanding, and it reminded us that great service still matters. We are extremely grateful for how everything was handled. You’ve earned loyal customers in our family, and we will absolutely choose Alamo again in the future.

  Nice and easy to pick up and drop off the rental car. Ordered a compact SUV and ended up with a jeep wrangler which was great to get around Florida in. We forgot to get a surpass at the airport so ended up paying $5 per day plus the toll charges which was included in the rental. Would recommend!

  Our check in process was super easy and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Ms Patty was amazing enough to answer some questions for me before arrival and the check in process was quick, professional and left a lasting impression on me. This location was the only location I could find that had available rental cars for our stay and everything from booking, check in and returning the car, was absolutely perfect. Alamo helped to make our Sister Cousin trip to Disney just that much better. Thank you Alamo for taking such great care of us! We shall be back!

  Beverley was so nice and very helpful. We rented from the location on Disney property and dropped off at the airport. Very convenient, I highly recommend it.

  Alamo was great. Car rental was clean. Pickup and return process was smooth and simple. The shuttle driver from Alamo at Disney World to the resort was terrible. It was a slow service, but that was not the problem. My driver, Alex Rivera, was the worst. The driver was rude, drove crazy, tailgated other drivers, drove crazy fast, and never acknowledged me. Alex didn't say a word when we arrived, didn't open the car door, and didn't even get out of his seat to help. The rest of the staff was great though. Thank you to the great staff and clean car. Hopefully Alex doesn't ruin anyone else's experience.
