Terrible experience with Alamo Orlando Disney Car Care. Staff at the desk were dismissive and rude, managers ignored repeated requests to help, and the car was handed over late and in poor condition. The whole point of booking early was lost, along with pre-paid activities.
Even Wisecars (the broker we booked through) have been in touch with this branch multiple times, but Alamo have still not responded or offered any resolution. We’ve now had to start a Section 75 claim with our credit card provider to recover the hire charges and all associated costs caused by their failure.
Unprofessional and unacceptable service – would strongly advise booking elsewhere.
UPDATE: I’ve already called, spoken to staff in person, and Wisecars have contacted you directly, You promised me a manager call back to fix this, You've ignored Wisecars. Now it’s with my credit card company under Section 75, who will deal with recovering everything I lost including associated costs.

I was having problems with the car I picked up at MCO airport. Jeff went above and beyond to help me get into another vehicle. I highly recommend this location based on their customer service.
