- ESElza SilvaJun 10, 20255.0I visit two that day. One of them the experience was amazing the guy was really helpful. The other one frustrating. The woman doesn't show any interest to do what I need. Charge a big battery for at least one hour. She said it have to be there overnight. I drive for 3 minutes to Auto Zone. The guy just came to my car get the battery out of my car and told to get back in one hour for at least 50%. Get back it was 100% charged. The guy was amazing. Very nice and respectful. I will never use the Advance Auto Parts on McCoy before 528. They need to improve Customer service there. Frustrating.
