    We visited today for an air filter, we were assisted by Erik the manager. He's a team player, as he was not only helping customers but his employee too. I def recommend coming to this Advance Auto & asking for Erik.

    This 1 star is specifically for Eric(k) (not sure how to spell his name). I called in and asked for Axel, whom a like working with because of the knowledge he shares with me for my DIY projects and has never steered me wrong in these passed 6 years of shopping here at the 7800 E Colonial store. This Eric(k) guy answers and says he's busy so I said I would wait, he puts me on hold for 18 minutes and Eric(k) picks up the held call and introduces himself again and I ask is Axel available yet and he pretends like my line is static and starts hollering HELLOO!! HELLOOO!! YOU'RE BREAKING UP!! and hangs up while I'm responding to him. This isn't the first time he's done this to me I've called for Guillermo before and he (Eric(k)) seems bothered when I ask for people I'm comfortable with. Guillermo was a Honda Tech before and I drive a Honda CR-V so he like Axel also gives me great knowledge on my projects even goes above and beyond and will find how-to's to send me. So for that I'm leaving this 1 star again specifically for him not the store, their operation, or other employees, just him...some new hire or something but I'm not a fan and the whole team gets burned unfortunately because of his ugly attitude. You can't work with in a field that deals with the public and not be a people person, that's counter-intuitive. If Lucas was still around he'd train him or at least attempt to so he can be better moving forward. Hopefully the new manager can talk to that guy.

    The store was very clean nicely organized, and the employees were very professional and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed and made the visit easy and pleasant.

    I went to advance auto parts and was met by a salesman named Eric who did an outstanding job taking care of a customer way beyond what I don’t think anybody else would’ve done I give them 10 stars and sometimes people just need to be recognized. Eric did a fantastic job and help me out all the way.

    5 employees standing around at 4:05 pm. I bring my items to the front to check out and no one greets me. I go to a register and again am not acknowledged after I said hello. People continue talking and logging in, milling about. I left my items. What a waste of time and horrible service. Small wonder people just shop online.
