- AHAmber HillJan 6, 20265.01st of all when I Called the phone hung up 4 times as they tried to pick up, at first I was mad but once I realized the phone was the issue and not the helpful fella I was ok, thankful because my Husband drives trucks. We called them to get air and oil filters, Abidiere(Not sure if I’m spelling this right just guessing on account of what he said his name was, I’m spelling it how it sounds). I called them Saturday 01/03/2026 after calling two other stores (Diffeent brand names Auto Zone etc) we he is driving a 26FT REEFER BIX TRUCK HINO ENGINE 268. Do you know how hard it is to find any parts for HINO’S AND NOT HAVE TO WAIT, which I might add they both were just as helpful, the first two stores didn’t have what I needed but they directed me to the next one so that’s how I ended up calling S Blossom Trl Store. Spoke with Abidiere and he helped me with everything even schooled me a little as far as the parts are concerned (HINO 26FT REEFER BOX) I must have asked him 21 questions but also let him know I was new to this truck but not trucks, he let me know they had everything and I didn’t have to worry at all! So on Monday when I went to get the part spoke with Jose over the phone and let him know what I was looking for, Jose reassured me that even if they ran out before I got their because what I needed it was only one in stock, they have it at other stores and he could get my parts same day!!! Sent my Husband over and Jose helped him in the midst of them being soooooooooo busy, the line was so long but those fellas handled that place today with grace, ease, care and most of all structure and direction. I’ve called the people I know in trucking to say hey if you need parts and your in Orlando go to this store because everyone here was so helpful, nice, informative, and very educated on the parts and online process. THANK YOU ABIDIERE AND JOSE you all made my life so much easier and made the business be able to run smooth with no hiccups! Good customer service, education and being informative is HARDDD TO FIND BUT THEY HAVE IT RIGHT HERE I WILL BE BACK. Sincerely Grateful Mrs. Amber Hill Nashville
