    I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding an online purchase I made through your website. At the time of purchase, your system clearly indicated that the item was available for in-store pickup. However, when I arrived at the store—after driving approximately 30 minutes from my home—I was informed that the product was not available. Despite never receiving the product, the charge was processed by my bank. To make matters worse, the store staff informed me that I would need to resolve the issue directly with my bank, even though the error originated from your system and inaccurate inventory information. Eventually, I had to call myself to request the cancellation of the order, which resulted in additional time wasted and unnecessary effort that should never have been required. In addition to the inconvenience, this situation caused me: • Unnecessary gas expenses • Toll charges • Loss of personal time, both for the trip and for resolving the issue afterward This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a formal explanation and that your processes be reviewed to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation. I look forward to your response. Al momento de realizar la compra, el sistema indicaba claramente que el producto estaba disponible para retiro en tienda. Sin embargo, al llegar al local, después de manejar aproximadamente 30 minutos desde mi domicilio, se me informó que el producto no estaba disponible. A pesar de no haber recibido el producto, el cobro sí fue procesado por mi banco. Para empeorar la situación, el personal de la tienda me indicó que yo debía gestionar el problema directamente con mi banco, cuando el error fue claramente de su sistema y de la información proporcionada al cliente. Finalmente, tuve que llamar personalmente para solicitar la cancelación del pedido, lo cual implicó más tiempo perdido y gestiones adicionales que nunca debieron ocurrir.     Excellent service, Jose is the most knowledgeable and kind person! long story short, I went with my mom because we had lost a part of the car, he was so kind to explain to us and even went to the car to double check that it was the right part, unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed but he offered to ask for it and even printed us the specification of the model, his incredible attitude literally made us calm down. I’m amazed at how kind and friendly he is, you don’t see people like him every day! Definitely a great worker never let him go🫶🏽
