- N4Nick 4everOct 23, 20251.0I went in to get help this week on a part needed for my vehicle and would hear the store manager, Simon yell at an employee that always give amazing help towards me and other customers. This employee has been here much longer than the store manager and offers amazing service to us customers. Everytime I come in, I always hear the store manager, Simon yelling or disrespecting the employee in front of customers. I personally know previous employees who left because of Simon's disrespect towards them. I noticed Simon always singles out this employee while he is helping me or other customers. I don't see him disrespect the other employees the way he does this employee. I think the district manager or a higher superior should look into the store manager at this location as he, Simon, has displayed unnecessary disrespect towards his employee and can tell it is causing stress and tension towards him.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
