Sure enough my battery was just about done. I purchased a new battery and he installed it so quick. Everybody was so friendly and I thought I was going to be there for two hours. I was worried about picking up my kids and what I was going to do to get back on the road and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I can’t thank you enough. It means so much to me to have great service in efficiency like this.

We arrived at the car show hosted by Virus and were given completely conflicting instructions by staff — first told to go in by a nice lady, then stopped again being yelled at by some kid and told we couldn’t enter because certain vehicles and friends of the organizers were being let in first. Only after driving around were we informed that entry was essentially limited to pre-paid attendees or people personally known by the hosts, which was never clearly communicated beforehand since it was advertised as a PUBLIC EVENT. Others were told to park elsewhere and walk in, while select cars were allowed through with no issue. Because of the disorganization and apparent favoritism, multiple groups — including ours — left entirely. This was a frustrating experience and not the kind of event I’d expect to be associated with a reputable brand like Advance Auto Parts.
