He kept insisting that the part for my car wasn’t the same one, even though he showed me the part in the system and it clearly matched mine. I asked him politely to bring the part so I could compare it with the one I had in my hand. He refused and said he wasn’t going to “waste his time.” So I left the counter and asked if someone else could help me, and he said no that nobody else would assist me. I went on the store’s website, selected my car and the exact part number, and it showed that the only part in stock was the one he had. He simply didn’t want to bring it. After I came back and insisted again, he finally sold me the part. The service from this employee was terrible. I honestly wish he wasn’t working at this store.
