  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ORLANDO BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. *Waited over in hour and half in line to try and get my rental. *I was told I was being upgraded and they actually gave me a downgrade. They then try to up sell me on something different. It’s a scam. I was told because I booked through Expedia, not them, I was not priority. * The rental I got was still filthy from previous renter with hair ties around the shifter and dried stains on the leather seats. Carpets were so worn the were curling at the edges. *The rental was a piece of junk and extremely worn. It had a bad shake on the highway, dents and scratches everywhere, no washer fluid at all and wipers that were basically nonexistent they were so worn. The customer service is less than subpar and everyone I had to deal with was either rude or showed zero care. Never again. Michelle can keep her insulting $35 gesture. I have a video of the entire car upon arrival and drop off if you try to scam me further like have others shown in your horrible reviews.

  Booked rental through Expedia with this company. When I picked up the rental I was hit up for all the upgrades and additional insurance. I added a few and it was a nice car. Return was very easy...I watched the sixt rep walk the car and verify no damage to complete the return. A few weeks following the rental they emailed that there was a large scratch on the vehicle! I replied contesting this claim to which they just sent me a bill for over $500! Use extreme caution renting through this company! I will never use this company again.

  RENTE UN VEHICULO POR 3 DIAS EN ORLANDO EN EL AEROPUERTO MCO, Y LO ENTREGUE EN EL HOTEL SONESTA COMO HABIA QUEDADO, MI SORPRESA A LOS POCOS DIAS ME COBRAN 1200 DOLARES POR UN DAÑO QUE NO HICE, Y QUE ADEMAS, EL CARRO YA TENIA MAS DE 20 DAÑOS ENTRE RAYONES Y GOLPES, PERO LO MAS TERRIBLE ES QUE EN LAS FOTOS QUE ME ENVIAN DEL DAÑO, LA PARTE DEL DAÑO NO CORRESPONDE A LA DE ESE VEHICULO RENTADO, AL PARECER ES DE OTRO CARRO, TERRIBLE EMPRESA NO UTILICEN SUS SERVICIOS, ESTAFAN Y ROBAN

  I previously rented from Sixt, but this new time it is a nightmare. Terrible and misleading customer service. In Kayak I looked at cars available at Orlando (MCO) Intl Airport and clicked on Sixt. I went through the steps and prepaid the reservation. When it was complete I saw that the pickup spot is the Sonesta Hotel. When I googled the hotel I found it is 15 miles and a $40 Uber ride from the airport. I called to ask them to change the pickup to the airport. They said it would cost me $100 to do so. when I said their website (yes, theirs and not Kayak's) had misled me, they said that didn't make any difference. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to put me through. Since I was looking at $80 roundtrip to pickup and drop off the car I took the cancellation penalty and cancelled the reservation. Terrible and misleading customer service.
