This is the worst experience i've ever had purchasing from a big corporate company like bass pro shop. I purchased a $90k pontoon from bass pro shop in october of 2024. In the 1st 30 days of ownership if had the bring the boat for service 2x for system malfunction and factory parts going faulty. In the 15 months of ownership of this brand new boat it's been in the service department for over 8 months while we continue to pay every month for the boat. We have issued complaints after complaints with bass pro shop and they do absolutely nothing to help us. We brought the boat in for for the 6th time in January cause the top will not open and the radio screen had water bubbles inside the screen. They stood with the boat for 3 months while they tried to fix the issue while we continue to pay for the boat every month now this is 15 months of ownership and 8 months of it, it has been in the shop. They call me on Friday. And tell me that the boat is finally ready. After 3 months of the boat being in their service department, we go pick up the boat, put it in the water on Sunday and the backup camera doesn't work on the boat. So after 3 months of having it in the service department, when they do finish, they don't even have the courtesy to give me the boat back functioning 100%. I call them on Monday to tell them that the backup camera now is not working. So that we can schedule another service call. I call them on Monday. No answer Tuesday. No answer on Wednesday after calling five separate times somebody finally answers i tell the gentleman that I just picked up the boat on Friday. And that on Monday, I'm calling because the boat's not working. Properly the gentleman on the other line continues to harass me threaten me. Telling me that they're not gonna fix the boat, that it is my responsibility. And that I am no longer able to bring the boat to their service department, because I called them upset and mad, that after they finally gave me my built back after 3 months that my book was not working properly. And because I put a fuss that, why would they call me to pick up the book after 3 months, why would they give me the boat not working properly. I spent $90000 on a book brand new boat from the showroom. There is no reason why that backup camera should have not been working after 3 months being in their service department. There is no reason why, in the 15 months of ownership. 8 months of it, the boat has been in the service department. I can't even enjoy my $90000 pontoon boat. Because it spends more time in the service department than it does. In my family's house so that my family and I can enjoy our $90000 investment. And you know what bass post shop now had? The guts to do, they told me that I can no longer bring my boat to the tracker service center for maintenance. Anymore.So now i'm stuck with a ninety thousand dollar boat that if anything happens, I don't have a service department to bring it to anymore, because they banned me from bringing the book after spending ninety thousand dollars on a brand new boat. Unacceptable!! Paul or Peter i forgot what the service manager's name is. Harass me over the phone. Threatened me over the phone told me that I am no longer allowed to bring my boat over to the service department threatened with calling the police on me. Service manager truly made me feel like my life was threatened. I'm scared to even go to the store. Thinking that he's going to try to harm me. Now I have a $90000 investment that I have nowhere to go with. I'm shaking to my bones, not knowing what I have or what options I have.If something happens to my boat now, that bass pro shop doesn't want to take care of me anymore. My nerves are going outrageous. I'm so stressed out I can't eat. I was threatened by bass pro Shop employees. I don't know what to do know with my $90k boat cause it's still not working properly and we are still making payments on this boat. Somebody that reads this message.Please guide me in the right direction on any legal avenues that I have against bass pro shop

Myself and two buddies drove 55 miles to this store to do some shopping on a rainy windy day. ALL THREE OF US ARE AVID BASS FISHERMEN. I brought along a mailing I received about a week ago offering 20% off of Baas Pro XPS brand lures. all three of us had a basket with approximately $100. Dollars worth of tackle. Upon our checkout, it turns out the coupon starts tomorrow , April 9th, today at 1:00 pm , April 8th, we were informed that this coupon could not be honored. Our choices were leave and come back tomorrow, go home and order items on internet. Store manger had the same answer I just explained.
Sad how low we have gone down with customer service. One of the men I am sure will never buy anything again from Bass Pro Shops. I left my XPS items and purchased my other items, which still came to $99.00. Less than 24 hours and the coupon would be honored. So sad to lose customers over something that should have been handled immediately.

Standing at the gun counter for 10 minutes. An older gentleman walks uo and is standing closer to the counter than me. They start helping him first. The guy that apparently swerved around me name is Devin.
