  I had a problem with some damage to my spoiler and pulled into the new Autozome at Econlockhatchee and Curry Ford. A young woman by the name of Jackie came out, assessed the problem, and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively. I was impressed and am appreciative!

  I show up first thing in the morning. I’m at the Door at opening hours 7:30 am. I needed windshield wiper blades and a cellphone stand. (Don’t text and Drive!) Jamie was the Gentleman helping me today. He greeted me with a smile and genuinely gave me great assistance and advice about what I should get and how the pricing and quality tiers work. He showed off the sales that were happening in the store this week, one of which happened to be a $15 off coupon with your purchase of a set of wiper blades. (With your Auto Zone Rewards Membership of course! ) Lucky me! I was assisted with not only the wiper blades but the purchase of my next item the cellphone stand. Jamie went above and beyond! I asked for a demonstration of the features and design of the stands I had been looking at. Again, phones are a dangerous obstacle to your success in driving safely!! A living nightmare is dropping your phone to your feet as you’re driving down I4, pleading you don’t miss your exit. “Please don’t hit anything” you say as you have to reach down below the wheel.. My point being, Safety is extremely important to me. Jamie helped me install my wipers efficiently as I’d ever seen! What a guy! Genuine service with smile :)

  I came in for a new battery and Star and Jackie both did a great job helping me. Nothing but friendly professional service! Being a 74 yr old female, I find it's sometimes intimidating to ask for auto service, and the fact that both the store manager and the parts manager were women was a wonderful surprise.

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Starr! She helped me change my auxiliary battery and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Starr was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond. Thank you, Starr, for your excellent service!

  I was leaving school when all the lights on my dashboard came on. My battery light & check engine. My steering wheel went stiff and I wasn’t able to turn it and An additional light came on for power steering. I immediately started to panic, and I pulled into the nearest AutoZone. I walked in on the verge of tears and explained my situation and Jackie helped me. She called me down, Assessed my situation, And walked me through what was wrong and how we were going to fix it. I appreciated her patience with me(Consider considering I don’t know anything about cars) And she gave me the best options for my situation. Once the battery was replaced, we found out that my alternator needed to be replaced as well, but that would require A mechanic. Jackie found me a mobile mechanic! So in this one visit, I was able to get a new battery and a new alternator Replaced without having to have my car towed to a mechanic. Jackie you are a god send! I appreciate you with all my heart! <3
