  Went into AutoZone trying to get a coolant hose replaced and left more confused than when I walked in. I explained exactly what I needed — the hose next to the alternator on the left side (not the one connected to the T) because I’m seeing coolant drops and that hose is clearly worn out. There were no other customers in the store, but the employee couldn’t identify the part or help narrow it down. I’m not expecting perfection, but basic part knowledge or at least some effort to look it up would go a long way. Ended up having to figure it out myself.

  I was treated with hostility by three young people who were arguing with me and very unprofessional. They were all standing behind the cash register, I asked for assistance finding Peak OET Asian Pink/Red 50/50 Antifreeze/Coolant 1 Gal. The young boy grabbed a pink Coolant tried handing it to me I said "take it to the counter for me," "my hands are hurting" he said "you didn't asked me the right way". I was very offended. I asked him, how he wanted me to ask him. I said, "you didn't say please" excuse me, I told him "Customers come first in any business" they were verbally aggressive towards me when I told them I will never shop at Autozone again.They said I don't have to, they don't need my business. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong pink Antifreeze for European cars instead of Asian. I immediately traveled to the store at 2716 N. Pine Hills Rd. and exchanged it for the correct Antifreeze. The customer service at the Pine Hills Rd. store is exceptional. I give Pine Hills store #02456 a 5 Star Rating. The store at 5370 W. COLONIAL DR. 0 Star. These workers are new and young people who have no compassion or professionalism. I have been treated better by other workers there in the past.

  Went in to get some motors for my son‘s car I was greeted by Ontario. He was very helpful and helping me find if I had warranty on my rotors since I purchased multiple times at this location. He was very helpful and patient and helped me taking my rotors and pads out to the car. Thank you so much for your service. it was excellent Ontario.
