  I came into the I’m store(#419 Nine) for a For battery swap . I had no idea what was doing , BUT Yani helped me through thr whole Process . She made everything so simple and she She truly educated me on how automotive car batteries work. 10 out of 10 would come to the store again.

  Horrible customer service. I was given multiple of the wrong part and was met with nothing but attitude when I asked if the part matches my car. All they did was google a picture of the "part" and cross reference it, he didnt even try to look it up. On top of that he was extremely upset because i didn't listen to his advice and didnt purchase $400 of parts THAT WERE FOR THE WRONG CAR. 0/10 experience and will 100% be avoiding this location at all costs.

  No one speaks english, and the old man who cant speak english at the register gives you an attitude for speaking english and asking him to do things.
