- BÉblouissantMar 20, 20261.0Would not recommend I came for a battery test one of the worker Short Indian Looking guy rudely told me I have to wait because He have to help other people and I have to wait when another associate come back from their break so they could do it for me. I stood for an hour inside of the store waiting when the other associate finally came they completely forgot that I was even there there was just having an all type of conversation not work related. I had to go up to him again to ask him if they can help and do a battery test for me after the battery test they told me that my battery was good in need to charge when I went and proceed to drive in the car The car turned off on me as I was driving in the parking lot so I went back in the store to let them know. Hey, after you guys did the battery test, the car turned off and now it won’t start and I can’t drive the car And ask them if they can help me with a jumpstart they were being so inconsiderate. And told me that the jumpstart is not working as I’m talking to him and ask him if there’s an alternative jumpstart because it’s 10 at night for one and I’m not in the safe area his rudely talking to me as I’m talking to him. He’s turning his back on me walking away, talking to me rudely like he don’t wanna help you guys need to do better and you guys customer service is absolutely horrible
