  They are always so rude!!!!! Very poor customer service!!!! If u can, go across the street to Advance Autoparts. Better deals and better assistance!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Autozone. From the moment I arrived, the woman who attended me had a very rude attitude, acting as if she was better than everyone else. There was no friendliness or willingness to help—just a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor. She was the only woman working there at the time, and based on her accent, she seemed to be from Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. When I needed to change my car battery, no one offered to help at all—I actually had to hire someone myself to replace the battery. While that person was working on my car, I was parked in a shaded spot outside. Suddenly, she pulled up in a car and told us, in a very rude and aggressive tone, that we needed to move because it was supposedly employee parking. The problem is, there were no signs anywhere indicating that it was reserved for employees. Instead of handling the situation politely or explaining it respectfully, she chose to be confrontational and disrespectful. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place if you expect to be treated with basic respect.

  Today was a very hard day for me i was working 9 days straight, and today my batter died i took my car to autozone near where i live, and this amazing lady zully was such a great help, she told me all the options of their batteries and i picked the one i wanted, she changed my battery fast, was super nice and super helpful, i hope autozone can add a tip options for people like this, thanks again to zully amazing girl

  This people are lazy, wont help me find a belt measurement with a similar one I had when they where not doing anything at all in the store. I would never step foot in that store again, and dont reply back saying ohh we didnt had a machine to measure it because I use to work at costumer service too and I would help my best till there wasnt any other option.

  Lee gave excellent service. He greeted me right away, stepped out from behind the counter, and personally helped me find the products I needed. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time. That level of customer service really stood out. Thank you, Lee!
