- GGGaiusOct 13, 20245.0Was at the Forsyth store and Kashmir (sorry if I butchered his name, he's the 🐐) recommended I purchase the Die Hard (Advance Auto Parts' staple) because the TEQ brand I was going to buy (and they happened to be the only store within like 15+ miles with it in stock) is a brand that AAP is phasing out, so Die Hard is best for warranties/replacement. Needless to say, Curry Ford had it and after K. called em up, all they had to do was hold it for me on my way home and I was in and out in 2 minutes. Can't wait to use this in my pain in the butt (but paid off 🙏🏿) Dodge Avenger 😂

I was last in line and when my turn came up the employee asked me "what do you want?". Then after me telling him what I needed, he stopped helping me to chat up his buddy and swap phone numbers.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
