  Our technician, Lavar, arrived during the appointment window and completed the windshield replacement in about an hour. Lavar was very professional and walked us through the process explaining that we needed to avoid car washes for at least 48 hours. We’re happy with the quality of Lavar’s work and the result - highly recommend Safelite!

  Safelite is the way to go—hands down! Everyone I came in contact with via phone or in-person was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and best of all; they actually seemed to enjoy their job! That type of work ethic and job quality is hard to come by in today’s service industry so working with Safelite was a refreshing pleasure.   I had a fantastic experience with Safelite today, thanks to our technician, Brandon. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and fast with the repair, but what really stood out was how he interacted with my family. My two-year-old son was fascinated by the work, and Brandon was so attentive and kind to him. He kept calling my son "sir," which absolutely made the little guy's day! It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely friendly and personable. If you get Brandon as your tech, you're in great hands. Highly recommend!
