Ed is very patient and really cares about your wants and needs. Never has he pressured me even going the extra mile to locate your dream RV.

  General RV in Jacksonville (Orange Park) made our Brinkley trade in and new Brinkley purchase top notch. Everyone was very welcoming, professional and courteous. They even allowed us to stay overnight in their parking lot while we transferred items from the trade unit to our new unit. Shout out to these folks in particular..Cheynan, Jason, Kaylan, Lou & all the front desk ladies. Thank you all!!

  Everything! Our whole experience from start to finish was great! This is our 1st ever recreational vehicle purchase and we are so thankful for the experience we had with each individual we met during our purchase! The ladies at the reception desk are so sweet and welcoming! Our sales advisor was Mark Johnson and he will find just what you are looking for! We looked at only a few because Mark heard our needs and narrowed down the lot! And he even stayed late for us! Thanks Mark!! Scott McLeod, he was our finance advisor and he worked a few long nights to make that deal with the bank so this could happen for us! Praise God! Our walk through was a blast all thanks to Mark Roblow! It was a comical education and we loved it! A shout out to the delivery specialist team, Emily and another young lady that helped me greatly I called in to set up pick up. Detail did a great job as well! Thanks to everyone who has also reached out to make sure everything is going well after our purchase! Yall have made us feel extremely special and we feel so blessed and thankful we chose to stop in that late Saturday afternoon! Thanks General RV Team!

  Not enough words to describe what a great experience we had with the preparation out of state and everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our new 2026 Brinkley G3520. Chris Dietrich and his team are one-of-kind for sure. Customer service like that is hard to find and we know where we will be going for all our RV needs. Even though we have a General RV right out our back door, we will make the trip to Orange Park for any service needs. Our technician Jason was wonderful to work with. He had every little detail covered and ready for presentation and instruction. It didn’t hurt that he had a great outgoing personality too! Lou in finance was another A+ guy….he welcomed my three furry girls into his office and did a great job ensuring we knew about all the additional options available to us for our Brinkley. Great big shout out to Chris, Jason and Lou! Miss G is in her new garage and getting settled in just fine!

  I had the advantage to work with Chris Dietrich on the purchase of our new 2026 Brinkley G3520 out of state and it could not have gone better. Chris and his team were always available for any questions I had and made sure everything was in place and ready for our visit and purchase. Our technician Jason was prepared and ready for the Clark’s and did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. He’s an A+ guy! Lou in finance was another proficient guy. He too was prepared and ready for us and made sure we were aware of all the added benefits available for our new Brinkley and he even welcomed our three furry kid in his office!
