  Renting a car from them felt safe and well-organized. They shared all necessary documents and vehicle details before handing it over. The car itself was clean, well-serviced, and comfortable for city driving. I didn’t face any mechanical issues during the rental period, which gave me confidence in their maintenance standards.

  The worst never had an experience like this if I could give 0 starts I would, they make it seem like you need the protection plan if you have Geico which they are partnered with so you have to pay out of pocket. Not true if you have Geico comprehensive and collision whenever you get a rental with them, they follow you in the car so you don’t have to pay for the extra plan just for any Geico customers, so you know for future reference they know this because they make it clear that they are partnered and Geico will tell you that they know. Ashton was very dismissive on the phone Cut me off in the middle of me, explaining myself as a customer and just made me feel beneath him and like crap he lost his patience with me therefore customer service went out the window. He made it clear that I knew what I signed for. Which granted in A moment of emergency where you need a car by the same day and you’re being told this is what you have to pay in order to leave with the car and they’re also not telling you all the information Of course you’re going to sign. If I was given all the information and the option to choose, I would have not signed for that vehicle and then when I had to call my insurance multiple times, and they were explaining to me that enterprise well aware of the partnership they have they refused to tell me that throughout this whole process and they’re just trying to get their money and their commission. They deliver cars, but they won’t deliver to you if you need help or an inconvenience on their behalf of not communicating all the information. Very dismissive and definitely will not go to this location ever again, but the guy on Cassatt he was very nice.

  After being involved in a vehicle accident that left me without transportation, I was referred to Enterprise for a rental. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by courteous and professional staff who were eager to assist. They efficiently guided me through the rental process and helped me secure a vehicle that perfectly suited my needs. When it came time to return the vehicle, Luke made the process exceptionally smooth and straightforward. I truly appreciate the team’s support during what was a very stressful time. Based on this experience, I will confidently continue to use Enterprise in the future.

  The customer service team sucks, they are rude, and when they tell you we will take that off your bill it’s a BIG FAT lie! Management says we have to go through an approval process, the agent never explained that part, you have to keep calling and the car I drove had a very loud noise in back while breaking and driving. Poor customer service.
