Calling customer support and they say no refund policy. But they can just charge you for a subscription that you don’t even use!!! Beware of the monthly subscription!! I was never told it was recurring. I spoke with car wash agent and they asked for my card to charge me for monthly subscription which I must say they never mentioned that this would be an recurring charge nor did I sign or agree anywhere to an recurring charge!!!!! So beware of this!!! I will never use this place again and I’ll let everyone know the same!!
