He was a pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth LEADER!!! The rest of the team, Michael, Jose, and Jeremy, were ALL very transparent, proactive, and reactive to ALL of my concerns. (They deserve a raise.) I will be returning!!!
