The administrator and technician addressed all issues, answered all questions, and handled the insurance paperwork. Very satisfied and would use them again, but lets hope no more road rocks hit the windshield.

- JJJim4 days ago1.0I need a rear power heated window on my 2016 F150 replaced. This location may provide quality work but you can't get there from here.... Very frustrating trying to contact this location. Website does not answer questions. The AI robot is clueless and hangs up on you when trying to call the number listed for this location. Finally was able to talk to an agent somewhere in a central office and she was limited on what she could provide. I gave her my vin and she gave me a quote the was for aftermarket & OEM replacement. But then I began to ask some questions concerning the details of the repair, materials and such that she could not answer. She did connect me with the store manager and I was finally able to get all my questions answered. I then decided to get it scheduled. I asked to confirm the price for the aftermarket & OEM and requested that the OEM be used. That is when I was told that the price I was quoted previously was not correct. The cost was going to be almost $300 more. After all this I decided to just go ahead and bite the bullet and get it done and over with. So, I scheduled and was given today at 9am. I was told that unless I was called to advise of a delay in getting the OEM windown to plan on being there at 9am today. This morning, I got up early so I could get my morning routine taken care of. Being handicapped, it takes me a couple of hours to get ready for anything. The manager I had talked to gave me the direct phone number for the store, so I tried to call it just to make sure they were ready for me to bring my vehicle. No answer. So, I went anyway and was greated by the person at the front desk and they advised me I was not on the schedule, but scheuled for next week. Talk about being irritated. Safelite used to be great....30years ago. But, now I wonder...there buiness model leaves a lot to be desired. I have found someone else at the recommendation of my service advisor at the dealer and they will come to me and do the repair. I don't have to drive across town in the morning commute traffic that I have not done in more than 20years of being retired. All this automation is hurting our society and everyone is lacking in maintaining basic social skills. Businesses are going to suffer because of it.
