Im adding to this review, because i brought anither car in for service the next day...total different experience!!!Came the day after I wrote this review. Spoke with The assistant Manager name EARL, he was extremely rude, he got a bit agitated because he could not pull up my Buick verano in his system. He slammed a door open, which scared me. His behavior was un becoming of Mavis tires, as a veteran who has severe PTSD, the encounter was scary. Please address this according.
