When I was expected to leave the hood of my truck would not close so he detected the issue and although it took longer than expected, they were able to fix it for me. I would have never called it because it was rusting out and because that happened they were able to quickly fix the issue and tell me what needs to be done so. Thank you Mavis tire and Earl for assisting me today

I scheduled an oil change and confirmed the price before going would be under $100 with a coupon, but they want to charged over $140 so I refused to proceed. Today I woke up to a bill over $1500 for something I did not authorize or understand. Beside they have a street in the counter next to the computer, triggering my symptoms for the rest of the day. Overall, this was the worst oil change experience I’ve had, and I ended up going across the street to Tire Kingdom, where they honored the discount correctly since they’re sister companies.
