When I picked up my vehicle there was a bolt sticking out rear tire. Although they had my truck for a month they said it wasn't their fault and asked me to remove my truck from the property after I already accepted vehicle. I called usaa and they told them they are responsible for the tire. I was told to buy a new tire and submit receipt for payment. This went back and forth with them not accepting receipt..fist it was i sent to wrong email. Then the receipt wasn't itemized because I brought 4 tires but the price per tire was clearly printed on receipt. They wanted the tire repair to write a receipt for one tire. After three months I gave up. When the trim came off in the car wash it was because all the clips weren't installed..when I took it to them they said they wasn't responsible and that its not required to put clips fasteners for each slot..I was asked to take it to a another auto repair shop for repairs..the don't stand by their work or responsibilitie for your vehicle in thire care..THEY ARE NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AND OFFER NO DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE THEY ARE AND DO...
