About seven years ago, they repainted the hood and front bumper on my Titan after the factory Nissan paint failed. Recently, the clear coat on the hood started to break down. Since Joe Hudson’s offers a lifetime warranty—and I kept all my paperwork—I brought the truck back in to see if it would be covered. Austin handled everything. He walked me through the warranty process, advocated on my behalf, and got the hood repainted at no cost. His professionalism genuinely impressed me; I expected a runaround, but it was the complete opposite. When I picked up my truck, the hood looked brand-new—and they had washed and vacuumed it as well. My only wish is that they offered full customer-pay repaints, because based on all my past experiences, I’d trust them with the entire truck. Unfortunately, they only take insurance work. Overall, a solid 10/10 for quality and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to Joe Hudson’s, and especially Austin, for going above and beyond!
