I can't tell you enough how amazing Connor,Dave and Balace were! They not only took care of me but, also took excellent care of my old lady car. My last oil change experience with Walmart was be on horrible ( and I'm being nice here), so getting 5 star service was fantastic! They were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I WILL be back! Thanks again guys for your 10 star service!!

Thanks to their proactive approach, they saved me time and made sure I got as much done as possible in one trip. They also gave me some coupons at checkout to ensure I was getting the best price possible. They also signed me up for an account (it’s free) to ensure I was receiving all promotions in the future for other services. The manager there was training a new employee and was very gracious and kind to him throughout the entire process. Extremely helpful and kind stuff and I will always go back to this location for that reason. There was also no wait and no appointment needed. You can’t beat Park Ave Jiffy Lube!!
- CSChristine SmithOct 3, 20251.0I started with a RADIATOR FLUSH on Saturday and they said I was good. They said to check the reservoir because they couldn’t clean it perfectly but if anything was floating at the top to come back and they would take care of it for free. I started seeing wet spots Monday after parking my car. I checked my reservoir Friday morning and saw my fluid was extremely low so I called and the manager told me to come in and they would check it to see where the leak was coming from for free. I come in and they say I have a busted hose that connects to that system. My question was why did that happen 6 days after the flush? Then I was told 2 other hoses connected to this system needed to be replaced. I asked why wasn’t I told this on Saturday. The reason was because there was no Master Tech present to know this. This location is not a multi-care facility so they just do what is requested. On google it says what is included in a Radiator Flush and checking hoses is included. I told the ‘Master Tech’ who is helping me today that a Radiator Flush should not be offered if it cannot be done correctly and completely at this location. I ended up spending my ‘WORK DAY’ at this location waiting for the parts to come so the nice gentleman could replace the hoses. I am very appreciative he was willing to help me especially since he was not present when I came in Saturday. I’m doing this review while he is working on my car.
