First CarMax set me an appointment on Friday for a 8:30 am Monday appointment with Goodyear on Wells Rd in Orange Park Florida. I get around 8:15 am then after I realize around 10:15 my car just been sitting in the air I asked is there a problem with my car their response is they’re doing a diagnostic test mind you I went in for a leak in my tire and to fix a my passenger headlight. Then they tell me they’re waiting on CarMax to approve them to work on it after 2 hours I call CarMax myself at 12:00 pm explain the situation they told me they will contact Goodyear to see what’s the problem. Then after I get off the phone with CarMax and walk back in the building all of sudden it’s apparently approved to fix what needed to be fixed the car. They work on my car they finish around 2pm but they take there precious time as if I wasn’t sitting there since 8 this morning I’m looking at my car for like 5 to 10 minutes waiting them to give me my key back and when they finally do what you know they didn’t fix my passenger headlight like they was supposed to do. Then tell me that wasn’t in there notes. They did not communicate to me about anything during the whole process today I had to ask and call people to get them to do there job, they did not have a since of urgency about my time after explain to them that I had to be to work at 12:45 pm which I had to call out and miss work. Then I had to go to CarMax so they could finish the job they didn’t complete like they was supposed to I explained to CarMax please don’t send me back to that Goodyear ever. I would give a negative star I would for terrible customer service and communication.
