  Love the work they did after my car accident but i went up there to see how much to repaint my hood and the top of my car. The lady at the desk said they will call me with a quote tommorrow. Still week later havent got that qoute. If i need to bring it down there for them to see i will but no one has even tried to call me a week later

  I stopped in Gerber today with some paint damage on a brand new Bronco. Spoke with Amanda, the General Manager about the damage. She took my Bronco to the back and took care of the paint damage. They did a great job and I highly recommend Amanda and Gerber!!

  I would start to say they have great customer service. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE which was recked, so I took it to this place. At first I thought they did a great job & keep me updated on my car. They had my car for I believe 18 days and I went to pick up very smooth transaction. But then two nights later I noticed from someone my car number wasn’t aligned. I then took the car back to Gerber which is 35 minutes from my house just to be told that it just needed to mold into formation due to supplies being mailed in plastic and was tightly packaged. So I went to go get my car a second opinion because my dad told me that made no sense & the second option on the car told me the same. I then text the lady about the car & brought it back the next day & showed them another piece of my car that was messed up .. she then said ok took my car to the back & brought it back to me like 15 minutes after . When I drove back home I noticed the clips to my headlight and bumper weren’t attached as if they just tried to push it back into shape so I call immediately again & asked for Sarah who told me my car was fine and I can come back anytime due to lifetime warranty and also stated that my bumper will not fall off so don’t worry. I’m just very upset about my car going through all this with my time , money & gas to still fix my car when they’ve had my car for 18 days to fix it.

  The front office ladies were so great.. responsive to texts asking for updates and getting answers if needed. I really appreciated that. I had minor fender damage from a hit and run and they worked seamlessly and quickly with my insurance and I had my vehicle back in 5 business days. Thanks Gerber!
