  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Kelly at General RV of Orange Park! We cannot say enough great things about Kelly at General RV of Orange Park. From start to finish, she made our experience buying our 2026 Grand Design Momentum 27MAV absolutely exceptional. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right RV—not just make a sale. She took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident and excited every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, she stayed on top of everything, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and even fun. It’s clear Kelly truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. We felt supported, respected, and well taken care of throughout the entire process.   Best Service and People! Inverter malfunction! Under full hookup our Xantrex refused to charge the batteries quietly drawing their power and sending our twelve volt refrigerator to a painful doom. In 24 hours even with all lights out we would still see our food go bad while waking up every hour to shut off the fridge alarm. We called General RV Center in Wayland,MI where we bought our rig two months earlier and they passed the torch to General RV Center in Jacksonville, FL who saved our souls and food. Next morning a mobile technician on a white Sprinter came to investigate. It was difficult because Xantrex inverter was faking it, pretending to work while it did only half of the job. But very soon we knew Xantrex was busted. Our technician could not possibly have another inverter on hand and did the best he could - suggested to buy an external charger, which worked as a temporary measure. At that point we settled with our fate, but not team Jacksonville. Unbeknownst to us and after working hours they were looking for a solution how to save our vacations and the rig. They’ve found a new inverter! Next morning we came to General RV Center in Jacksonville and put a new Xantrex in two hours. Cooking lunch and charging batteries from generator was a dream come true again! People in General RV Center were very friendly and helpful to us. While waiting for service to complete we bought a few very useful things for the RV. Everyone loved our dog and we felt very welcomed. General RV Center in Jacksonville is a large facility with both Sales and Service areas. You get a very good feeling coming to that place. Today one no longer hears the phrase “Customer is always right” but in General RV Center you can feel it when they say “You are a part of our family”. And it turns out to be true. As it was true in Hershey PA, Wayland MI and now in Jacksonville FL. General RV Center and their customers are a big family and they take care of their own. Thank you team Jacksonville! We made it back to Houston and now don’t need to fix anything :-).

  So I came in a couple days ago with my family and the reception,sales team and the remainder of the General R.V. Staff were respectful, professional and overall just awesome. I feel that it is imperative to maintain an environment that is clean and crisp on a daily. It's all about presentation! So I am not sure if General R.V.. was priming prospective R.V. owners for the experience of having an R.V. without bathroom ammenities and have to resort to public restrooms because when I used your restroom, Well that's where I thought I was for a second. 1. The toilets were scuffed as if they have not been scrubbed in several days. 2. The counters were quite dusty. 3. The floors were stcky. 4. The smell of hard-boiled eggs lingered in the air. So upon exit ,I was searching a Gamma Ray machine and there was not one around. Maybe the bathroom cleaner was on vacation and if not, then maybe that's not the right employee for the job. The person would not have a job in my establishment if maintaining the cleanliness is their primary task. It's all about presentation, presentation, presentation! Hopefully it's not a recurring issue. Unfortunately the bathroom experience is the reason for 2 stars. Overall, General R.V. is a fine eslablishment. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.   I would like to say thank you for the people helping us to purchase a newer used RV travel trailer in Dover Florida lot. Ms. Lauren, worked tirelessly to make a deal happen for us. She kept looking and found us a gem in a used RV for us. She answered all the questions that we had and made sure that we were taken care of all the way through this deal. I would like to say thank you to Chris working in the fiance dept. worked just as hard and he also had our best interests in all of this process. Ms. Jamie working at the front and making sure that all of our needs were met and was just an absolute pleasure to be around. Sam walked us through our new trailer, taking his time to make sure that we didn't have any questions. His attitude was one of being there to make this a great pleasure for us. To all the staff at General RV in Dover Fl., our thanks for the professionalism and being very friendly and willing to help us. Again, special thanks to Ms. Lauren, Mr. Chris, Ms. Jamie and Mr. Sam. They are an absoulte joy to be around and they will work tirelessly for the customer.
