We have absolutely loved our experience with General RV in Orange Park, Jacksonville, FL! Ed was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Dealt with all of our questions with great patience and understanding. He even showed us multiple RV’s multiple times because I would forget what RV had what details.

Called into General RV at 9:30am for a slide problem on our Tiffin Allegro Red that was not operating. They booked us in at General RV Orange Park Florida same day (keep you camping program) We got there around 1:00 left at about 5:30pm. Problem solved!! Was a control problem and wiring. Tech would not give up until he solved it. Back on the road and very happy with all the people that where involved in service. Thank you General RV!!

Highly disappointed, Was in the process of financing a used unit, the sales team did excellent understood the mission, but the financial department was very unprofessional. Played phone tag for about two weeks trying to get specifics on the term and apr percentage. I got approved for a used unit the cost was $26k and after getting the vital info they didn't initially provide me, that same used and dirty unit with markup would end up being $80k. With a staggering 39.5%apr Even had a 700 score. Told them let's do a new unit then to make my money go further, they said after applying for the newer one that was a couple thousand cheaper, I was told I was denied for both units ... I just was approved for a used one... make it make sense....Chuck was extra rude in the financial department. Said I'll just connect u with the operator and u can wait on whoever helped you and had no answers for anything I asked, I said don't worry about it buddy and hung up, everywhere else I talk to says I won't get my deposit from them. They're all about the money.. if they gave me a unit from y'all for free I wouldn't pick it up, worst experience ever. Salesperson is the only reason they even get a single star.

As a Tiffin-certified dealer and service center, I trusted that bringing my Sprinter van here was the right decision. That was clearly a mistake.
I dropped my van off in July 2025 for warranty repairs to the water tank and solar system. What should have been straightforward warranty work dragged on for five months, with my van not ready until December 2025. During that entire time, General RV had full custody of the vehicle.
Two days before my scheduled pickup, I was suddenly informed that my 13.5kWh house battery was “shot.” There were no issues whatsoever with the battery prior to drop-off. In fact, General RV performed an intake electrical inspection and worked on the solar panels while it was in their possession. Now, after months under their control, I am being told the battery has failed — and they are refusing to accept any responsibility.
Let me be clear: the van went in with a fully functional power system. It is coming out with a failed battery after sitting in their care for seven months. Instead of standing behind their work, the service department is attempting to shift the cost of their negligence onto me.
Not only have I lost the use of my van for the better part of a year, but I am now being asked to pay for damage that occurred while it was in their custody. This is unacceptable.
If you value your RV, your time, and your money, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This service department has demonstrated a lack of accountability, poor communication, and a complete unwillingness to stand behind their work.
Will definitely be reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim.

We recently purchased our RV at the Jacksonville RV Show and had it delivered to the Orange Park store, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Jason Woodfood, our delivery specialist, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly detailed and patient, and he made sure every question we had was fully answered. Alex W. started our financing process at the show and even took the time to say hello while we were there (we know you were trying to stay warm — haha!). Chuck made the financing process smooth and completely stress-free.
We originally worked with Jared at the show (he was from Chicago), and he was fantastic as well. Kaelyn G. was wonderful in assisting us through every small detail during delivery.
Shawn and Kenny, our techs who installed the slide toppers, hitch, and a few other items, were outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
The only negative was a brief moment while we were waiting for our unit to be pulled out of the delivery bay. An employee (I believe her name was Trina) came outside using inappropriate language. It felt unprofessional; however, it was a small issue compared to the otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, and great to deal with. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
