Manager (the only white guy in the branch that day, Logan) came with excuses and when asked if he could reach out to other branches to find another car, didn’t moved a finger…instead he asked me to drive myself and find me a car. He called me two hours later saying that he got some cars delivered to his branch, but it was too late as I had drove to another branch…(with excellent customer service as a matter of fact). The manager at the 1007 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park 32065 location, has the worst customer service skills and I made sure he knew, because I told him myself! He simply didn’t wanted to do his job! Customers are not important for him! If you want to experience great customer service and are a customer that likes being treated with respect, drive a little farther to the Enterprise located at 7945 Blanding Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32244…as all employees working in this branch demonstrated that for them, customer is first! They do know how to do their job! The only good thing that Logan did was to ask me to drive further to get myself a car, as he directed me to excellent service, the one that he wasn’t willing to provide!
