  Very unorganized. When we called we were sent to 3 other people before getting someone to help us. The ad said pre-auction pricing and unlock your offer but when we inquired, we were told that was the price. We offered something lower and never received a call back.

  Went down there to get a camper. I tried to work a deal and they kept playing games. Before I left I asked them to not call me cause I was done. Wasn't even 10 mins after I left they texted me. Then a day later I get a phone call from them. This place needs to understand what dont call means.

  They have the stupidest parking lot for an RV dealer. We have a Dually, which won’t even fit in their parking lot. There is maybe 20 spaces including the workers spaces so nowhere to park. You have to park in the church across the way. Just plain stupid that being said, Joe and Sampson were so nice and so helpful that I did get them a good rating. The showroom and restrooms are very clean and well organized, but you need to do something about this parking situation.

  Susan Fisher at the Orange Park Camping World location was absolutely fantastic. We didn’t end up purchasing an RV from her simply because we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, but she really went out of her way to show me every Class A I found on their website—she even drove an hour to another location to do a walkthrough and FaceTime with me on a potential purchase, it would have been perfect had it not had issues that I couldn’t get passed. She really was very transparent and up front; even called me with ideas and other RVs she found for me, we just couldn’t land on the exact one. Way to go Susan. I will send you business (and already sent referrals to you).

  Empty promises once you sign the contract. We didn't even have possession of the camper but we're told we had to sign the contract for them to complete repairs needed. Repairs are NEVER completed, either the parts are messed up, installed incorrectly or something else gets messed up in the process. Many times we've been told a couple of days and repairs end up taking a couple of weeks. You're told you must empty all tanks before you drop it off yet every single time we pick it up ALL tanks are 1/4 to 2/3 full. Our salesperson dumped us on her boyfriend who actually ended up being better for us. Don't expect a supervisor to help because too many of them are dating, married or simply live together. Buyer beware! We love our camper but they've had it more in the past 8 months we've owned than we have! We've been able to camp 3 times and canceled numerous trips due to the repairs not being completed as promised. They scratched our table but refused to repair ot because I don't have any pictures of the table without anything on it. Water pouring out of the back but "no need to worry, there's no water damage". Part of the floor they cut out ended up in the gray tank, they can't explain that either.
