I walked in and asked for a battery check and she told me she couldn’t help me cause they were short staffed and walked away!! Luis walks out a few moments later looking confused and asked how he could help I explained what was needed and he jumped in right away! Not even two moments later Shelly is help a beautiful white women! As a black women that made me feel low and like my problems were not a priority to her! If this is the kind of ppl autozone hires I will start going to advance because that is not ok!! Luis is the only reason I continued to shop here and get serviced!! She does not need to be employed here!!
