Called this location to make sure I could get a refund prior to having it fixed at a shop since I dont have time to do it myself again. The rep looked up my part and assured me I could swap the part OR get a refund if I brought the bad alternator back. When I went in to get my refund the manager (I believe his name was Josh) was rude as can be. Told me if my part was older than 45 days I would get a store credit. Told him I spoke with his rep a few days back and asked all the right questions to make sure I could get a refund prior to having the shop replace it and the rep never said anything about a store credit. His response was an extremely rude "Idk I wasn't here". Asked him if he was the manager, he said "yes", and I asked "why wouldn't your reps properly inform customers cause I would have made the time to get the part out/replace it myself if I knew I was only getting a store credit". Turns out I was able to get my refund so the interaction with him was all for not. Terrible customer service and obviously management doesn't properly train their reps to inform customer properly. This is the closest auto store to me, but I wouldn't give them another pennys worth of business.
