  Jose M was amazing. I went somewhere else for my tire and after leaving it was still not ok. Not only did he squeeze me in before closing but he did it with a smile and so much kindness. Love him and this place for my vehicle needs

  I brought my car in for an adjustment. I was greeted immediately and treated for professionally. They started working on my car within minutes. Eventually, they informed me that I did not need an adjustment. He did not want to charge me for a service that I did not need. I was shocked by his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company for their commitment to professionalism and ethical way of doing business!

  I left this Tire Kingdom establishment feeling good about the information given me and the services I had received...brake fluid (flushing) and a new set of tires due to dry rot. Once home, my neighbor and friend & I were talking, and I told him that I had purchased a new set of tires due to the old tires having dry rot. He took a good look at the tires and said he had never heard of the manufacturer. "Never heard of the manufacturer," resonated so much in my mind until the next morning that I retrieved my bill of sale and took a picture of one of the new tires. I looked up the reviews of the manufacturer and the tires...they were positive. I then went to another vendor website and checked for comparative pricing. This vendors' tire price only, was lower but I considered with the installation price that their and Tire Kingdom prices probably would border in and about a close range. But then I noted the tire size on my bill of sale and discovered that it was different than the actual tire size that was on my car. And the other vendor price difference between their two tire sizes. I called Tire Kingdom and spoke to a Christopher or Christian who was the manager and different from the manager the day before. I told him my findings. He gave me a number of reasons why this had happened...1) the receipt priced and actual tires cost the same. 2) Their Tire Kingdom computer code represented the lesser priced tire set they had in stock, but he could pick up the receipt priced tire from their sister store... End result, I was given a $139.00+ competitive price refund and a sales receipt that reflected the tires on my car. Was this an honest mistake or an Orange City, Saxon Blvd-Tire Kingdom, "bait and switch?" I don't know. What I do know is: This experience has taught me even more so of how it is for me to not be suspicious, rude or unkind as I allow people to earn my trust.
