  I work at a place that frequently needs vehicles on weekends. I booked this place for a coworker, as it’s close to their house and it’s been nothing but problem after problem after problem. First car I rented was a mini van, which they did not have ready when it was time for pickup, and we got a ford explorer which was fine. 2nd week we rent a compact SUV (Tucson) with CLEAR accident damage on the front bumper where the sensors are. They said it’s fine, and is noted. On top of this they need more money for the rental, even though I already paid $300 and something dollars for the booking. This coworker starts to drive to Georgia and the car is randomly braking, saying there’s a car there. There is no car there. She takes it all the way back to the rental place and they swap it out for the explorer again. When we go to drop this car off on Monday, the lady employee is sitting there hovering and rushing the coworker to get the stuff out of the car. Mind you we had this rental until 9pm, it’s not our fault that you have her an unsafe car. This week they give her the option between another Tucson or a Jeep Compass. She picks the compass. Makes it into Georgia and it starts to pour. Lo and behold the headlights don’t work. She calls the enterprise and their solution is drive it back to Orange City 4 hours away. Their next best option is to take it to another enterprise in Georgia. Now this is on a Friday with a lot of events going on in the Athens area. There are no cars at enterprise on a Friday in the area. Do not rent from this enterprise unless you have a death wish🥰

  They were Very Kind & I told them I had to be at work & they Smiled & Said Your car is Ready For You & took me me out to the car & off to work I went! I was Happy about my Experience with Enterprise Rental Company Thank You All So Much So I’m giving you All in Enterprise Rental Car Company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Jeff was beyond helpful. This was an emergency/grief trip and he treated us with such kindness. The pickup couldn't have been any better. We grabbed the Dodge Ram and that bad boy went from Fayetteville, NC back to Orange City, FL and still had over 100mi to go till empty.
