- LPLandon PeterFeb 28, 20261.0Just went to exchange a tool due to getting the wrong size, since there wasn't the size I needed I got a refund which Rich helped with. As I'm looking around the store, a female staff member started criticizing how I returned the item and how I should've known the size to Rich. Yeah it's my bad but just don't process the refund if you're gonna have such a big problem with it. If that's how they're gonna act I'm not going to waste my time there. Staff at nearby locations are pretty cool.
