I was so angry I called and they said that they were sorry that they were going to call the police meantime I have to try to go to sleep again, so I can start driving all night, this is a Safety issue
- RGRico GravesNov 28, 20251.0Absolutely horrible place of a business, they single handily are giving Pilot trucks stop a bad name by being associated with the great trucker stop Pilot we all know, I stopped to fuel up but first I slowly maneuvered around every barricade that this place has, I then decided that I was just going to use their restroom and purchase something to drink and be on my way, but I had to circle around the entire place because of the awkward direction that the fuel pumps are and the invisible signage that you clearly don’t see and as I was coming from the around front, back or whatever you want to call it, I was passing the Subway restaurant, and here comes Top Flight Security for the second time, the first time I was at the fuel station and dealing with my ELD and he tells me that I can’t park there as if he needs me to let him know that I was going to do the obvious which was fuel up but, just because he ran out so fast literally under five minutes so, this is when I changed my mind about spending my hard earned money on fuel at this location, so I just move the truck to leaving but i had to find a location first and there he was so I stepped out of the truck and asked him what did he say, but I guess me being 6’4 324lbs muscular man he felt intimidated and started speaking erratically I guess to draw a crowd but that didn’t work so he told me that he got something for me and to wait there and where I come from that’s insinuating a threat, so I told him we could handle this now, but he walked away fast and here comes the police, so with that being said I absolutely and wholeheartedly do not recommend anyone l, whether that be a trucker or a personal vehicle customer do not support this business, heck just look at the rest of the reviews I’ve never seen a place or reviewed a place with 1.1 stars and I’m uncertain how in the world did they obtain that. Pilot needs to take their endorsement immediately they’re not going to get any better I can assure you of that.
