Unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt so it was hard to give the individual information, but he went above and beyond helping me to try to figure out that information which he did, and the result was I had to buy a new battery. But I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again just because of there customer service I received and the will to work with customers over the phone instead of quickly hanging up or just saying were too busy please come in.
